The Odd Couple (Launch Cover)

Arguably, Neil Simon's greatest and most hilarious of plays, "The Odd Couple" Tells the story of Felix Ungar (Cass Guinan), a neurotic, neat freak newswriter, is thrown out by his wife, and moves in with his friend Oscar Madison (Eddie Quinn), a messy sportswriter.

Despite Oscar's problems, such as careless spending, excessive gambling, and a poorly kept house filled with spoiled food, he seems to enjoy life.

Felix, however, seems utterly incapable of enjoying anything and only finds purpose in pointing out his own and other people's mistakes and foibles. Even when he tries to do so in a gentle and constructive way, his corrections and suggestions prove extremely annoying to those around him.

So how can this chalf and cheese relationship ever really work??...

The Factory Girls’ tells the story of five women who stage a lock-in at a shirt factory in Co. Donegal, when faced with the threat of redundancy.

Described as a truly realistic play filled with humour, charm, fine acting and staging; these “girls” may never get back their jobs,

but their brief adventure has brought each of them the insight

that will give them the courage to soldier on.

The time has come for the real story of Cinderella to be told, warts and all!

This hilarious Panto puts an interesting twist on an old familiar story, and gives us a Cinderella for the 21st Century.

With all your favourite characters including Potty and Dotty, two sisters who will need a lot more than an extreme make-over to make them beautiful, a Baroness who makes Professor Snape look like a nice guy and a Fairy Godmother who, well…, has a bit of a problem!

This sell out event was a massive success for the group

and Tallaght Theatre's first ever Panto "Cinders: The True Story" is just the beginning of a jam packed year ahead!

WOMBERANG

It is the afternoon gynaecology clinic and an assortment of patient's sit in a grim hospital room. Rita Onions breezes in. Her verve and energy, combined with a complete lack of respect for authority, gradually spreads an infectious, joyous anarchy throughout the patients as she demolishes officious hospital staff and generally sorts out the patients personal problems.

HOLY MARY

Holy Mary looks at the world from an eight year old's imaginative and witty point of view as she prepares for her first Holy Communion. Central to the story is (Holy) Mary O'Leary, whose arch nemisis Majella taunts her with mean rhymes, leaving her utterly frustrated. And as Mary tells us her story, we see all the people in her life through her eight-year-old eyes. Heart rending and hilarious, Mary shows the concerns of a childof eight are as real as the concerns

of the adults in her life.
